Noble & Company, LLC is a Palm Desert, California-based real estate and renewable energy development and investment firm. The company was founded more than 35 years ago as a proprietorship and later was organized as a California LLC. Although the company has, in the past, had developments throughout Southern California, since 1985 it has operated exclusively in the Coachella Valley.

Noble & Company has entitled and/or developed residential projects encompassing more than 600 units in the cities of Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage and Indio as well as in Riverside County. Since the year 2000 the company’s development efforts have been directed toward commercial and light industrial projects, most notably the 170+ acre Gateway at Palm Desert. Located at Monterey Avenue and Dinah Shore Drive, Gateway at Palm Desert is comprised of a 72 acre Wal Mart/Sam’s Club anchored shopping center plus extensive office/commercial/light industrial uses. In late 2009 Noble & Company consolidated its headquarters into the Pointe Monterey development which is located in Gateway at Palm Desert. This move brought together the company’s development and brokerage teams as well as facilitating its expansion into renewable energy ventures and property management.
