The Power Corridor

These properties include 98 acres with almost ½ mile of I-10 frontage, 30 acres which are contiguous to the 20-acres that we sold to a petroleum tank farm operator and 40 acres with frontage on Indian Canyon Road.

The 98 acres are being subdivided to allow solar and wind power development on the northern portion while retaining approximately 20 acres with I-10 frontage for future commercial development.

The 20 acres were sold with our obligation to assist in obtaining entitlements for the tank farm and this was accomplished within the allowed time frame.

The 40 acres are currently planned for solar development.
