TENANT RELATIONS
Regular contact with tenants in order to deal with problems early on as well as to ascertain their future needs. Monitor competition to enhance tenant retention. MAINTENANCE Continuous evaluation of the status of the property. Hire and supervise vendors required for the operation and maintenance of the property. Supervise repairs and improvements. ADMINISTRATION (Financial/Accounting) Collect and deposit rent payments if desired by the owner. Generate monthly statements and reports. Verify and pay operating expenses as directed by the Owner. REPORTING Quarterly reports covering: market trends, competition, new construction and city ordinances which may affect the value of the property. Monthly reports on tenants’ activities. LEASING & SALES We are active and well respected throughout the Coachella Valley as Owners’ leasing and sales brokers. Leasing and sales representation available under separate listing agreement if desired by Owner.
